We prioritize this on our Boots and Amulet. This is one of our main sources of Fury regeneration and we make sure this is active during any major fight. The use of Unbridled Rage makes this problem even more severe. In order to play this build effectively, attention is required in overcoming our Fury-spending issue, which can be a massive drawback early on. With strategic play (and patience.), this almost becomes a non-issue entirely. Since we do prioritize Fury regeneration, its downside only really becomes an issue when our Shouts are on cooldown, or if we are fighting in low density or against Bosses.
